A friendly member of staff escorted me to my room. This was a lovely touch. the bed was amazingly comfortable, with wonderfully soft pillows and a dyson fan for added comfort. i found dinner convenient, located just around the front of the hotel. the restaurant had a warm and beautiful ambience, which i enjoyed so much.
the room facilities lacked slightly, but they were adequate for a basic stay. i noticed a few cobwebs, a minor issue.

i adored the attention to detail! there were plenty of teas and coffees in the room. the bed was comfy. the food was amazing!!! i was really charmed by the lovely, clean, and quirky atmosphere, especially the private garden right outside the room.
the steep steps outside to the room were a little slippery. the wooden handrail was slippery too when wet.

i found the staff quite helpful . they readily provided information i requested. the breakfast included a variety of options. a buffet was available alongside a cooked breakfast menu.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway leading to my room but it didn't affect my stay.

the decor in the room was refreshing. there was a little bit of outdoor garden space (i enjoyed relaxing there in the evening).

The room was spacious and clean I really liked the shower. It had strong water pressure. Shampoo, body wash, and moisturizer were great amenities. Breakfast had a good choice of items I found this very nice. The staff were happy and helpful I really appreciated this.
The bathroom taps needed some attention. They had limescale.
